Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s Store #975 – Requesting Apology

Today 01-17-25, I had an extremely frustrating experience at McDonald’s, and I wanted to bring it to the attention of both McDonald’s management and the public. On my visit to the McDonald’s at **Store #975, 3815 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109**, I ordered two Quarter Pounders. When I went to eat the first one, I discovered that there was greased wax paper stuck to the bottom of the patty. I’m sure this was not intentional, but it was a major inconvenience. While the staff replaced the sandwich, I was shocked at the lack of concern shown by the management. There was no apology, no explanation, and no offer of compensation for the issue. I continued to pull bits of wax paper from between my teeth for hours after eating, and the unpleasant taste remained for even longer. I did take pictures of the wax paper stuck to the patty and will be sharing them here for context. I hope McDonald’s management can address the situation and take steps to ensure better handling of customer concerns in the future.I’d also appreciate an apology and compensation for the way this issue was handled. I expect better service from a company with such a large presence..
