Event Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 12 hours before the event start time, you’re eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after that time, we’re unable to offer a refund, as all sales are final at that point.
- Missed Events: Refunds are not provided for missed events unless cancellation is requested before the event start time.
Product Returns
For physical products, if any become available, our standard return policy applies as follows:
- Return Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for perishable items, personal care products, hazardous materials, or any items that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective.
Refund Process for Physical Products
- Returns: Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
- Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a specified time frame.
- Late or Missing Refunds: Please check your bank account or credit card for delays. If you still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at support@reimaginedinnovations.com.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at support@reimaginedinnovations.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase, a gift credit will be issued upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser.
Shipping Returns (for Future Purchases)
For physical items, please send returns to the address in the email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
